Shipping
Orders dispatch from our own warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is 7-15 business days and express delivery is 3-7 business days. Free shipping applies over $29 (US), 39 EUR (EU) and 35 GBP (UK).
Duties and VAT
EU and UK orders ship DDP with VAT settled by our logistics partner, so there are no surprise charges at delivery. US sales tax collection is configurable in the admin and can be enabled when your registration is ready.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return address: our China warehouse. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Warranty
Every product carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
